NATIONAL PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM (Download)
Please print out this form and present to the club you are wishing to play for this year.
New players to the game, players transferring to a club, players returning after a season or more away from the club/game and players born in the years 1997, 2001, 2005 and 2009 are required to do:
* Print out this form and fill in all the details correctly.
* Provide one form of ID (Birth Certificate, Current Passport or Drivers Licence).
When registering with a club please have correct identification ready for the club to sight and process - it makes your registration much easier and quicker.
Returning players all ages can now register online with the club they played for in 2016.
All NRL season passes (u4-u15) are now being sent direct to the player's primary email address by the NRL. It's important that all details on the form are filled out correctly and clearly.
PLAYING IN HIGHER AGE CONSENT FORM (Download)
For players playing in a higher age division in the Canterbury-Bankstown Junior Rugby League for one game, a couple of games or the entire season. This form is to be completed and returned to your Club Secretary who in turns delivers it to the Junior League Secretary for approval PRIOR to the player playing in a higher division.
No player can play more than two years above their correct (natural) age group. A player must turn 17 years of age before he will be permitted to play open age Rugby League.
