PG Preparation Training

On Thursday 30 Oct 6:30 in the afternoon, a 7 minutes running fitness test has been carried out effectively to players counting number of laps up and down court. All players attended the test proved were they are after 12 days training being implemented. Mr Head Coach, Assistant and Strengthening and Conditioning Coach ran the fitness test working in separate roles that day. After a 5 minutes recovery taken the court session training continues up to 2 hours. According to a periodize training plan, each training increase every month which concluded with the hard fitness test run. This will measure the progress and ways of how training ran effectively and differently to these athletes.

The federation congratulate each coaches for their effort in running the training preparation day by day. After a meeting takes place at NOC office the president confirms and declare that there are proposals has been completed and submitted to NOC executives as to support the travel expenses of athletes to and from home. This is an issue to be solve straight away otherwise players will not able to attend the training sessions.

As of now, training comes to more intensive and tough. Hope each participants will go beyond what the coach expect from the training.
