Wednesday Night Twighlight Sailing Superb

The Wednesday night twilight sailing at Gosford Sailing Club has been running at a tremendous rate each week, with a vast amount of sailor’s having a superb time out on the water. Although the wind was not in everyone’s favour last night (with nearly no wind) sailors definitely learnt the vital skills of patience and perseverance out on the water, searching for some breeze. Congratulations to the sole yacht which finished the race in the time limit. The least value for money award went to ‘La Polo’ which raced around the course in 1 hour 55 minutes and the best value for money award went to Windy Passage who completed the course in 2 hours and 9 minutes. The high Achiever award went to the four magic’s who got home using someone else’s fuel in the lack of breeze.

Important Themed Twilight Nights to look out for include:
22nd of March-The Lady Skipper’s night (Priscilla, Queen of the water themed)

29th of March- Sail in White Night (White Clothes/White Spinnaker Themed) last twilight race of the season!
