Junior's Take The Helm in Twilight Yacht Racing

Last Wednesday evening a light 10 knot NE welcomed gsc junior sailors to boats a bit larger than their own size,
with the Yachts twilight evening taking place. Junior sailors managed to get a feel of sailing larger boats than their usual sabot, opti or F11, racing around Brisbane Waters to claim a much earned victory prize of some tasty lollies. But the real prize was the opportunity given to them to helm the larger boats. A big thanks to all twilight yachties who saw to this opportunity and GSC for hosting the event. The junior sailors may be younger than most, but their knowledge is growing rapidly with experiences like these.
