A determination has been made to resume the PlayStation®4 NPL Victoria NPL 2 West match between Ballarat City FC and Northcote City FC, originally started on Saturday June 10, 2017.

The match was abandoned by the referee due to fog descending on the pitch at Morshead Park.

Based on the relevant facts and in accordance with Rule 4.2.3.f, FFV have determined that the match will be replayed from the time at which the original Competition fixture was abandoned.

As per the match official’s incident report, the match was stopped in the 60th minute and subsequently abandoned in the 64th minute. In the name of fairness FFV have determined the match will be restarted from the point at which play was stopped, the 60th minute.
 
The match will be scheduled to recommence as follows:

**FFV preferred position is to replay this fixture on a midweek date in the near future, and will liaise with both clubs accordingly.

FFV will endeavour to appoint the same match officials as originally appointed.

Player Details

All players on the field at the time of abandonment (refer attached team sheets) will be required to be on the field for the re-start of the match, with eligible substitutes in the Technical Area. Any change to this will only be permitted upon medical evidence received from a doctor, at the discretion of FFV.
