Canada Ravens Women's Rugby League World Cup Promotional Visit

The 2017 Canada Ravens Women's team was this year based out of the Gold Coast in preparation for their World Cup campaign. Local high schools were lucky enough to have some Ravens players visit their schools. The Ravens followed up their school visits with an exhibition game at Southport RLFC against the QLD Women's Maori side. Four selected local school teams played in curtain raiser games.more

2017 Titans School Girl Challenge

The 2017 Titans School Girl Challenge was held at Helensvale Hornets JRLFC (Robert Dalley Park) on Wednesday August 2nd. The day was a 9-a-side format, which saw high schools from all over South East Queensland compete in U12s, U14s, U16s and Opens.more

With the success of the Broncos Challenge in 2011, the Titans have offered support to a Challenge for the Darling Downs and South West to be played in Toowoomba. Broncos Challenge will remain at Redcliffe to cater for the South East, Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast & beyond but will separate the Primary School & High School Challenge days to cater for more teams and bigger fields.more

Female All Stars take Girls Rugby League WEST

Current Female All Stars, Karina Brown & Tegan Rolfe, took time out to tour the west promoting Women & Girls Rugby League with Female Participation Development Officer Jo Breakspear. The tour involved 10 schools, 190 high school girls and culminated in an exhibition match between the girls from Roma District, aptly named “Maranoa Magic” and the undefeated Merrimac SHS girls Rugby League team.more


March 28th - 30th   Members of the current Australian Women’s Rugby League Team, the Jillaroos, will travel out to Roma this week along with a Gold Coast High School “Girls Only” Rugby League team to play teams from Roma, Mitchell, Wallumbilla, Miles & . . . . .
