Lord Tupou in NC2011 Disputes Tribunal

The Pacific Games Council has constituted a six-member Disputes Tribunal to manage any protests or legal issues which arise during the 2011 Pacific Games. New Zealand barrister, Mr Tim Castle, who is also a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS), will be Chairman. Other members of the Disputes Tribunal for the 2011 Pacific Games are: Mr David Boyd, (Secretary General, Pacific Games Council) from New Caledonia. Lord Tevita Tupou, (President of Tonga Pacific Games Association). Sir Geoffrey Henry, (President of the Cook Islands PGA). Mr Robert Steffi, (Secretary General, Guam PGA) Ms. Lorraine Mar (Secretary General/CEO of Fiji PGA).
