The Wallet Guide provide a quick reference for permitted and prohibited substances for common health disorders e.g. asthma, cough/cold/flu, diarrhoea, pain/inflammation and etc.

Remember:

  • Do not take any medications given to you by others (athletes, coach, etc) without checking them first.
  • Asthmatics- contact Oceania RADO on (679) 330 2140
  • Vitamin, herbal and nutritional supplements may contain banned substances not listed on the label. Use of these products is at the athlete's own risk.
