It was great opportunity for elite athletes of respective nations to come to the meeting where Chair Lady Mrs Barbara Kendal went through briefly about the structure of IOC and Athlete Commission and the Obectives. She briefly explain steps to follow;

1. Identify 5 athletes from different sporting codes

2. Have a meeting and elect their Chair

3. Ask to have a meeting with their respective NOC to inform the board that they have formed an Athlete Commission and introduce their executives.

It is in the IOC Charter and OAC is here for them to provide assistance if they have capable athletes who are enthustiatic to starat up their  Athlete Commission. She also explained about "Carrier After Sport" that they won't be Athletes forever and IOC is providing education packages on line and her as one educator in this field. To assist athlete a carrier pathway after their sports. They only access to this if they have an Athletes Commission. It was a fruitful meeting and surely after this meeting we will see more athlete commissions set up.
