The Solomon Island Basketball Federation had appointed Mrs. Freda Matangi as their new president. In its meeting the federation had reshuffled the vice presidency and secretary post. Mr. Jerry Pakivai is now the new Vice President and Lapule Haro is the new secretary of the federation and Randy Hatigeva is still the treasurer, members are John mane, Fa`amoana and Paul Quan. The federation hopes that this will the final changes to all post.
