Radley Kazuma became the baseball development officer in September of 2008. Through the efforts of Baseball Confederation of Oceania (BCO) and Palau National Olympic Committee (PNOC), Mr. Kazuma is now a full-time employee of PNOC and works out of the PNOC office located in Koror, Palau.
Mr. Kazuma began his baseball career playing little league baseball in Saipan, CNMI where he grew up. He continued on to play Senior League and Big League in Palau from 1993 - 1997 when he moved back to his homeland, Palau. Mr. Kazuma joined the Ngerbeched Team in the Palau Major League and played for a number of years. He has played and coached baseball most of his life.
Mr. Kazuma began his officiating career in 2003. He was certified as a Level 2 Baseball Umpire in 2005 during the Mini South Pacific Games in Palau. Now, he is working as the Baseball Development Officer, aiming to keep baseball as the most popular sport in Palau.
