Pro Training Programs has partnered with TFA’s High Performance Manager to offer you the same training programs as being used by the Australian Touch Football sides.

Pro Training Programs offers the following professional Touch Football training programs to help you perform at your physical peak!

Touch Football Speed and Agility Training Program

Eight week speed program for acceleration, technique and top speed development for Touch Football performed twice per week.

Touch Football Strength and Conditioning Training Programs

Men’s and Women’s eight week lower body and upper body functional development, strength foundation and strength development for Touch Football performed twice per week.
