In an increasingly fast paced and technology driven society, our club offers a place where people come together to :-

  • Participate in a healthy pastime based in an outdoor environment
  • Enjoy the challenge of river based sailing that caters for a wide cross section of sailing craft, abilities and people

Our Five Year Direction

Building on our current strong base, our four major areas of focus for developing the club over the next five years will be :-

1.      Further improving the physical and visual amenity of the club and its facilities

2.      Achieving a further increases in fleet sizes, including the introduction of a class that caters for sailors looking for a small to medium size keel boat option

3.      Establishment of an accredited youth training facility to attract young people into sailing

4.      To undertake required maintenance of the existing assets of the club so that they are protected for the future
