A position has become available for a part time Office Assistant at the Black Rock Yacht Club.

Are you reliable, self motivated and looking for a varied role within a fun organization which also offers a bit of flexibility? Well this may be just the position for you!
The Black Rock Yacht Club is looking for a person with sound computer knowledge including the internet and someone who has a polite phone manner and excellent written and oral communication skills, to assist our General Manager in the day to day running of the club.
The role will begin as 10 hours per week over 2 days with increased hours during busy times and as relief for annual leave. The role will ideally begin within the next couple of weeks.
Your responsibilities will include;
v Answering Phones
v Data Entry using Word, Excel and MYOB
v In and Outgoing Mail
v Membership Queries
v Function Enquires
v Some stock control
v Running of local errands
v General Office duties as required by the General Manager
While no previous administration experience is necessary for this role, you will prove to be enthusiastic, a good time manager, and most of all reliable.
This role would definitely suit a parent looking for something during school hours, or a junior person looking for some experience.
