At the Half-Yearly General Meeting last Saturday, we heard briefly from Architect Peter McIntyre about our upcoming venture - the Clubhouse Re-development project.
While we had a sneak peak of the plans on the screen, the information sessions on the dates listed below will go into much more detail about the plans, and allow you to view them more closely, ask questions and discuss the design with Peter himself.
The designs carefully take into account the submissions from you, our members that were called for following the last Annual General Meeting in September last year.
We hope you can join us at one of the four information sessions below. Please note that the same information will be provided at all 4 of the sessions, so it is not neccessary to attend them all (unless you really want to of course).
Information Session 1: 10am, Saturday 20 February
Information Session 2: 7pm, Thursday 25 February
Information Session 3: 10am, Saturday 27 February
Information Session 4: 10am, Saturday 5 March
Any feedback on the design from these information sessions must be submitted to the office in writing (or by email) by 10am Saturday, 12 March.
The time and date for a Special General Meeting so that members can vote on the proposal will be announced soon.
