Term 1/2014 Payment, Team Nominations & Information Night
Date: Thursday 6th February 2014
At: Queanbeyan Basketball Stadium
Time: 5-7pm
-New Players & Teams welcomed
Costs:
Term 1 Game Fees- $60 per player per term.
NSW Registrations Fees- 12Months Insurance
All NSW Registrations must be current.
-Please ensure NSW Registration Forms are also handed in at time of Payment.
NSW Registration Fees:
New Players $20 –applies only to Junior players under 17yrs
Under 8yrs in 2014 $20
Under 11yrs in 2014 $50
Under 17 yrs in 2014 $65
Turning 18yrs in 2014 & Seniors $80
Play starts the week of February 10, 2014
Mondays Yr 5/6
Thursdays Yr 3/4
Fridays K-Yr 2

Selected Times -Weekdays only from 3.30-4.30pm
Upfront Fee $60 per team for 8 weeks

Will not be run Term 1/2014
A Skills Day will be offered in its place- mid term

Green Shirt Referee’s
Please be aware that these children are still in training & we have a No Go, Green Zone Policy, which is recognised state wide for all Green Shirt Referees.
Should you have any concerns or issues, please see the Nights Coordinator or the Referee Coordinator Adam Harris-Byron
Your feedback is appreciated at the appropriate time & manner.
Outstanding Fees
All term fees must be paid by Week 3. Players with outstanding fees, will not be able to take the court from the 4th week of competition. If this causes a financial burden, a payment scheme may be negotiated with the night's coordinator.
NSW Registrations
All players must be NSW registered as this covers the players 12mth INSURANCE.
Should your child’s registration be expiring or expired, you will receive an email to inform you of the expiry date.
Uncollected Trophies
Please come and see me if you did not collect your trophy on Presentation Day 2013.
I will have them in the office for players to collect, as week 2/3
