Ever been told "basketball is for boys"? Ever heard "you run like a girl"? What about that time you missed out on being selected because you were a girl?

Regardless of whether these questions are real or perceived, they can go a long way to damaging the confidence and self-esteem of an aspiring athelete. I am a GIRL conference gives our Norths girls a chance to have their say about what grinds their gears, discuss ideas for keeping females in our sport, and achieve their basketball dreams with the help of our very successful female mentors, all who have achieved amazing success in their chosen field.

This conference is open to all female NSBA members between 13-25yrs. (Turning 13 this year also accepted)
