Welcome to Cornerstone Soccer Club

Cornerstone Soccer Club (CSC) is a junior soccer club which was established in 1996 and is located in the town of Busselton in the South West of Western Australia.  CSC plays in the Leeuwin Naturaliste Junior Soccer Association (LNJSA), with the competition generally running from May to September.  

CSC's motto is ‘Making Friends, Playing Fair, Having Fun’, which we strive to achieve in all we do and believe is at the very heart of the LNJSA and every club in the Association. 

In 2014, CSC has registered approximately 120 players and we will field 13 teams in age groups from 6’s to 15’s.

Our club is administered by a team of whole-hearted volunteers, consisting of passionate committee members, enthusiastic coaches, wonderful team managers and fantastic referees, who are dedicated to:

• making our club motto a reality;
• gently encouraging all players to be the best they can be;
• nurturing and improving the skills of all players;
• continually improving CSC’s resources, coaching and administration skills; and
• building excellent relationships with the LNJSA and all fellow clubs.

Whilst CSC draws its players mainly from Cornerstone Christian College (www.cornerstone.wa.edu.au), we are also eager to welcome new players from outside the College student body. Our Motto & Values

Making Friends, Playing Fair, Having Fun!

At CSC our emphasis is on building the character of our young players, not just their skill and ability on the pitch.  

As such, our motto emphasizes the importance of building positive relationships (Making Friends!), the value of sportsmanship (Playing Fair!) and a focus on simply enjoying the game regardless of the result (Having Fun!).

We strongly believe that these values are so important to the development of the young person that the club's highest annual award is the 'CSC Award', which stands for 'Character, Service & Commitment' and is awarded to the player that demonstrates these qualities to the highest standard throughout the season.
