After a meeting with the Parkes & District Amateur Soccer Association committee this morning, held at Harrison Park, a decision on the classification of today’s results and the decision for the remainder of the seasons schedule has been made.

The decision is that in all competitive age groups, being under 12’s, under 16 boys, under 16 girls and Open Ladies, that the team that is the higher on the ladder will be declared as the winner of today’s scheduled matches, with the lower placed team bowing out.

We understand that this will not please everyone and was a very difficult decisions for us to make, we do apologise but due to the inclement weather and time constraints that we have this was decided to be the best outcome going forward for the competitive divisions.

For the non-competitive age groups of under6’s, under 8’s and under 10’s, the final round will be payed next Saturday, 10^th September, with presentations to be held after the completion of each game. We hope to see all players there to enjoy the final game of the non-competitive season with each player to receive an ice block, bottle of water and a trophy after their games. We will also be doing team photos after the presentations as well.

As per each round the draw for next week will be placed in the Champion Post and on our website.

We truly hope to see you all at Harrison Park next week to enjoy the next round of our finals and would like to wish all involved the best of luck for the remainder of the season.
