Coach workshop with Yvette McCausland-Durie - Monday 8 April
Te Wananga o Raukawa Pulse Head Coach Yvette McCausland-Durie will be sharing her knowledge and expertise with Community Coaches during an informal workshop on Monday 8th April. Yvette is well known for her willingness to share her experiences and learnings from more than ten years of high performance coaching.
Yvette will be delivering a practical session on "Set Play Success" that will explore how coaches can use game play scenarios to understand key netball principles. Coaches will learn how to apply tools and techniques to add intensity at trainings and assist with educating athletes on fundamental netball skills.
It is hoped this session will be available to Community Coaches in other areas of Central Zone later this year.
