Can you really claim to know how to run properly?
You may be surprised!

Join us to review how we move during the running gait cycle, where our ankle should lie compared with our hip when we strike the ground, how we should look during flight phase and which muscles we should engage and which ones we don’t.  Knowledge kindly shared by trained professionals to assist with injury-prevention and effective performance on court.

This introductory session will provide you with a practical application of how you can learn to apply all this science (without having to study it). We will learn about switching on reflexes and motor programs that are hard-wired into our nervous systems to improve how we run.

Suitable for all levels of coaches, umpires and players from all sporting codes.

Don't forget your running shoes!

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
