The popularity of our past few seasons of twilight has meant they were fully booked resulting in disappointed teams... we suggest you act promptly to register sooner rather than later so you don’t miss out!

 

Dates for Mama Brown Autumn Twilight (Term 2) 2016:

Wednesday Mixed & Women's League starts Wednesday 4th May and runs for 10 weeks ending Wednesday 6th July.
Thursday Mixed & Women's League starts Thursday 5th May and runs for 10 weeks ending Thursday 7th July. THURSDAY NOW FULL as at 21.04.16 - please email games@netballwellington.co.nz to be placed on waiting list

Venues:
In terms 2&3 our competition is held indoors played on wooden floors at the ASB Sports Centre, 72 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie on both Wednesday & Thursday nights for Mixed & Women's teams.

Game Times:
There are up to four rounds played per night - the first round starts 6.30pm, second at 7.20pm, third at 8.10pm and where necessary the final round starts at 9.00pm and we're all done and dusted by 9.50pm.

Fees:
Wednesday League: $500 per team
Thursday League: $500 per team
plus for all teams an additional
Umpire Contribution: $10 cash per game collected at the Registration Desk each game night ($100 total in cash if paying in up-front in bulk. Please note we cannot accept payments via eftpos, internet banking or cheque).

Optional
We no longer offer bib hire however we do have bib purchase available for $60 paid up front with registration fees.  There are a range of colours to choose from and you get to keep and personalise your own set of 7 bibs for plenty more seasons to come!

Fee Payment
Teams are requested to pay in full up-front prior to the start of the league in order to secure a space. Teams may be invoiced (upon request) and places confirmed via email once paid in full.

As part of registering to enter this competition, we ask that all Team Contacts and Players familiarise themselves with the Rules and Conditions available for viewing HERE.

Individual Players
We are happy to try and assist individual players who wish to be connected with a team.  Perhaps you have recently moved to Wellington and are keen to get back into netball or don't have enough keen committed friends to put your own team in... whatever the reason, get in touch with Peter via email to games@netballwellington.co.nz and he'll help you out.

Umpires Welcome!
Keen to keep up your fitness?  Increase your practical experience?  Build umpiring confidence?  Make some pocket-money in the process?
We are keen to hear from umpires at any level who wish to get involved in officiating our 2016 Twilight Competition. Please email Peter at games@netballwellington.co.nz to let us know of your interest and umpire skill level and he'll get you started on a grade best suited to you.
