Communication & Managing Others - Monday 29th February
It's not distance that keeps us apart... it's lack of communication!
Without effective communication it is extremely hard to express ideas to individual players and function as one unified high-achieving team unit.
If you're a coach who's keen to upskill and expand your netball know-how here's your chance to make the most of your off-season for your own personal development.
Why not attend some of our coaching courses aimed at teaching you the best techniques, sharing ideas and supplying you with the right knowledge to be the best coach you can be? Course content has been compiled by experts from Netball New Zealand and even offer the chance to gain recognised accreditation for your efforts.
Our next course on offer is Communication & Managing Others which focuses on tools and systems to assist coaches with effective communication techniques and how best to utilise these to get the best out of people within a team environment. Spend time surrounded by like-minded coaches discussing the benefits of one-dimensional communication vs multimedia, the unique perspective gained from individual interpretation, how to convey ideas more effectively, the art of talking vs listening as well as people management and conflict resolution tips.
We welcome you to attend this handy learning opportunity suitable for coaches who have already completed the Player Centred Coaching course and are keen to build on the basics - let us help you add more tricks to your coaching toolkit.
*If you may have missed attending Player Centred Coaching (PCC) please still feel free to get in touch to register as an exception can be given so long as you intend to complete PCC at the next available opportunity.
