Pre-Season Development Programme - Term 1
Get your head in the game to kick-off the netball season - tap into your full potential in preparation for rep trials!
This six-week programme is aimed at motivated netballers in Year 7-10 who intend to trial for representative level teams in 2014 with a focus on preparing them to trial at their full potential. Sessions will build on each player's current tactical skills and extend their technical ability and on-court application in their positional play.
Held at the ASB Sports Centre, 72 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington
Term 1: Tuesdays - 6 sessions
Starts 18th February and ends 25th March 2014.
Year 7&8 sessions held from 4.00pm to 5.00pm weekly
Year 9&10 sessions held from 5.00pm to 6.00pm weekly
Cost: $70 per participant
