Netball Central Junior Development Officer (Fixed Term until 31 October 2015)

Netball Central Zone is a recently established structure within the Netball New Zealand framework. We support netball in Taranaki, Hawke's Bay, Horizons & Wellington. This structure encompasses Community and High Performance netball , from Grassroots to the Haier Pulse.

The Netball Central Zone is looking to find a suitable candidate to fill the Junior Development Officer role.  This role will work with the Netball Central Zone centres and schools to roll out the new Netball New Zealand Junior Netball Programmes.

The successful applicant will be a skilled communicator, highly organised, well planned and reliable with the ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.  The ability to relate to and work closely with other Netball Central personnel, players, coaches and teachers in the netball community is essential.   Other competencies preferred are netball coaching knowledge particularly in junior netball, decisiveness, showing initiative and the ability to work unsupervised.  

This role is a contracted full time position – Fixed Term until 31 October 2015.
