Way to go Frances!
We would like to acknowledge Frances Russell, Chairperson of Netball Wellington Centre for her recent feature in the local Wellingtonian newspaper.
Over the years, Frances has played a significant role in the Wellington community particularly with her involvement as Executive Director of the Wellington Community Trust. Frances has also been largely involved with the Wellington Zoo Trust board, Affordable Art Show, Maranui Surf Lifesaving Club and Wellington Football Club.
Netball-loving Frances is now turning her attention to developing netball within our community, focusing on expanding the participation of members on and off the court. We are very happy to have such a passionate person involved in our organisation who will continue to make netball bigger and better for the Wellington area.
