Team Culture coach workshop - Monday 1 April

Update as at 27.03.19: Workshop sadly cancelled due to limited registrations

Team culture is a most useful tool coaches would benefit from tapping into as early in the season as possible... yet don't forget it requires constant nurturing.

If you're a coach, manager or umpire who's keen to upskill and expand your netball know-how here's your chance to make the most of your off-season for your own personal development.  Why not attend some coaching courses aimed at teaching you the best techniques, sharing ideas and supplying you with the right knowledge to be the best coach you can be?  Course content has been compiled by experts from Netball New Zealand and even offer the chance to gain recognised accreditation for your efforts.

Our next course on offer is Team Culture which examines how to develop a team culture and the importance of alignment within your team. Establish team values, set SMARTER goals, and ongoing team building, team vision and team themes throughout the season.

By the end of the workshop coaches should be able to:
* Develop an understanding of whom and what makes a team
* Understand the fundamentals of creating a team culture through exploring team building activities and creating values
* Introduction to SMARTER goal setting

While this workshop is geared towards the netball code and is Netball New Zealand accredited, general concepts may easily be applied to other sports.  We therefore welcome attendees from other sporting codes should there be interest.  We'd like to help you prepare as best you can to allow both you and your team to have a highly enjoyable learning experience for seasons to come.
