 Conditioning Workshop for Coaches

Netball is a very dynamic and physically demanding sport. Good physical conditioning will enhance player and team performance, and will assist in reducing the many injuries experienced by players every season. Physical conditioning combined with good techniques for netball specific skills will set up your players for their most successful season yet. High Performance Sport New Zealand Conditioning Coach Guy Mothersole will facilitate a practical workshop to model what physical conditioning to focus on, specifically for netball, and how to implement this into your team trainings.

Cost: $10.00 per attendee

Time/Date: 6.30pm – 8.00pm, Thursday 3rd May

Venue: ASB Sports Centre, 72 Kemp St, Kilbirnie
