2019 NWC Year 9, U15 & U17 Rep Trial nominations now open!

Trials to select our 2019 NWC representative age-grade teams get underway in early April. We now invite all eligible Year 9s, U15 & U17 players (as at 1 Jan 2019) to submit a nomination. Teaching Game Sense workshop with Dr Dennis Slade - 31 March

Walking Netball returns... hit your stride in 2019!

Walking Netball's back for 2019! Come join this latest craze catering for ladies and gents aged 18+ who are perhaps recovering from injury, just had a baby, a late netball bloomer, hoping to stay more active, wish to get a bit fitter or merely just keen for a laugh and to meet new friends. 7 Weeks of Fitness - group workouts in February & March!

It's not so fun working out solo yet we're here to help you get motivated to start your netball season off with a bang! Our 7 Weeks of Fitness is a series of pre-season group workouts led by mega-motivator Ngarama Milner-Olsen with a fun focus for players, umpires, coaches & supporters alike. Team culture is a high beneficial tool coaches would benefit from tapping into as early in the season as possible yet don't forget it requires constant nurturing.
