Netball Wellington Centre are hosting another FREE #NetballSmart coach workshop specifically aimed at keeping players of all ages and stages fit & healthy to perform at their full potential.

The Landing Skills workshop has been developed to improve the capability of all our netball players. It targets athletes at all levels of the game with a focus on quality. When integrated into regular training sessions these skills will help link safe, competent movement with performance.
