NWC Working Party Meeting - Thursday 7th February

Happy New Year Everyone

Netball Wellington Centre is looking forward to a fantastic 2013!

We have made two staff appointments to date - congratulations to Sue Geale - our new Centre Manager, and Peter McDonald - our new Games Co-Ordinator. You can find out more about Sue and Peter by visiting our website at www.netballwellington.co.nz.

As discussed at the 2012 AGM, we are putting a working party together to look at the new draft Rules of Incorporation. In the restructure, Netball New Zealand passed down draft templates of suggested Rules of Incorporation. We have taken this template and placed it in our NWC information and details. The draft rules, as well as the existing rules are accessible on the Centre website - click here.

We are calling a Working Party together to finalise these draft Rules. A Working Party Meeting will take place on Thursday 7th February 2013 at 6.30pm held at the Hataitai Netball Pavilion, 43 Ruahine Street, Hataitai. Please note that this meeting was intended to take place in January however due to people’s unavailability during the holiday period we have decided to reschedule for early February. If you are interested in being a part of this working party please confirm your attendance by replying to this email – info@netballwellington.co.nz.
Please note that the intended Working Party Meeting date has now been moved to a Saturday - date yet to be confirmed.  If still interested in becoming part of this working party, please email info@netballwellington.co.nz or submit a written submission.

If you are unable to attend the Working Party Meeting and wish to make a written submission, please ensure this is received by post to Netball Wellington Centre, PO Box 14-845, Kilbirnie, Wellington 6241 or email to info@netballwellington.co.nz by Tuesday 5th February – thank you.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get back in touch.

Many thanks,
Netball Wellington Centre Board

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
