Netball Wellington Centre Staff Vacancy - Administrator (Office)

The full time role of Administrator (Office) for Netball Wellington Centre will provide both administrative and operational support to the Centre Management team. The successful candidate should be a team player with office experience, display a knowledge of accounting systems such as MYOB, and be able to communicate with a range of stakeholders. 

Key tasks include:

  • preparing and entering the accounts receivable and payable using MYOB
  • GST and PAYE returns
  • communicating with the stakeholders of Netball Wellington Centre by phone, email and in person
  • maintaining the Centre website
  • managing the administration of the office, including updating of registers for Court bookings, uniforms and maintenance.
  • managing the registrations of courses and competitions
