NetballSmart Dynamic Warm-Up Workshop - 23 May

Update as at 10.30am 23 May: unfortunately due to limited registrations received, this workshop has been cancelled.  Another date may be set - keep an ear out in future.

Based on the FIFA 11+ Warm-Up, the NetballSmart Dynamic Warm-Up is specifically developed for Netball and aims to enhance performance and prevent injuries at all age groups and levels. The Warm-Up includes strengthening, running, dynamic preparation, and Netball specific preparation. This approach helps an athlete develop the movement skill and strength necessary for Netball as well as prepare the body to train and play.

Netball Wellington Centre are pleased to offer our affiliated school and club members including players, coaches, umpires and managers alike the opportunity to come and absorb this important information by attending the NetballSmart Dynamic Warm-Up Workshop.

When: Wednesday 23rd May 2018 (cancelled)
Time: 6.30pm to 8.00pm
Venue: Upstairs at the Hataitai Netball Pavilion, 43 Ruahine Street, Hataitai

As part of the drive to spread this new approach to warm-up and injury prevention as far and wide as possible this workshop is offered at no cost and proudly supported by the collective efforts of Netball New Zealand and ACC.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
