In an effort to support you to be well organised for the season this Tournament Planning course will focus on preparing for tour/tournament.  By attending you'll gain an understanding of

• How to successfully manage all financial matters relating to your team - pick up some tips on cheap alternatives to staple must-haves
• How to manage information, resources, and equipment needed for an effective team environment.
• Bench management techniques and fair player rotation in order to meet NNZ Player Guidelines.

Attendees will also discuss the importance of plotting a yearly planner to include trainings, progressive skill development and lead-in games.  Learn the value of issuing daily schedules and run sheets while at tournament so everyone knows where to be and when and all things continue to tick along nicely.
