Netball Wellington Centre AGM - 3 December 2012

The Netball Wellington Centre AGM will be held on 3rd December 2012 starting at 7.00pm held upstairs at the Hataitai Pavilion, 43 Ruahine Street, Hataitai, Wellington.

Following queries on the Constitution, please find below a fuller explanation of the change:
The change has come about from the Netball New Zealand led delivery restructure which sees the country moving from Regions to Zones.  The base document used was the NNZ template, not the previous NWC document and therefore a clause by clause comparison is not available. The whole of the old "constitution" is being revoked and these new rules take their place.

 

Please ensure the following timelines are met, prior to the AGM:

  • Wednesday 31st October - Nominations for Service Awards/Life Members to be received via email to info@netballwellington.co.nz
  • Tuesday 13th November - Elected Board Member Nominations, Advice of General Business and Remits to be received by General Manager via email to gm@netballwellington.co.nz
  • Friday 30th November - Applications for Appointed Board Members to be received by General Manager via email to gm@netballwellington.co.nz
  • As soon as possible but no later than Wednesday 28th November - RSVP/Apology & Proxy Voting Arrangements, and Notification of Delegate for AGM to be received via email to info@netballwellington.co.nz

Return any of the above forms to the appropriate email addresses listed above, fax to 387 7461, or send to PO Box 14-845, Kilbirnie, Wellington 6241.
All nominations, agenda items and remits will be acknowledged by email to confirm receipt.
