Summer Competition Information

Touch Football ACT 2019 Summer Domestic Competitions

The competition will involve a 14 week season with a finals series following for the top four teams in each division. The Summer Domestic Competition will start the week of Monday, 8th of October 2018 and round games will finish in the week of Monday, 28th January 2019 (with a Washout week planned for the week commencing the 4th February 2019).

Semi-finals will start the week of Monday, 11th February 2019 and Grand Finals will start the week of Monday, 18th February 2019.

Touch Football ACT has a number of different domestic competition options for this Summer in the following locations:

Monday

Southwell Park:

Mixed 6pm
Mixed Rotating
Mixed Open Rotating  (Elite Competition, no restrition on Super League players)
Mens Rotating
Womens Rotating 

NB - Times are preliminary and may be influenced by competition numbers.
Competitions that are rotating will be played either at 6:50pm, 7:40pm or 8:30pm. TFACT suggests that players do not play in teams across multiple rotating division to avoid fixture clashes between competitions.


Deakin:

Mixed 6pm
Mixed Rotating
Mens Rotating

NB - Times are preliminary and may be influenced by competition numbers.
Competitions that are rotating will be played either at 6:50pm, 7:40pm or 8:30pm. TFACT suggests that players do not play in teams across multiple rotating division to avoid fixture clashes between competitions.


Tuesday

Deakin:

Mens 6pm
K-Touch (New format, Touch with a kick)
Family Competition (New competition, 6 weeks starting on 6th November)
Mixed Rotating

Amaroo:

Mixed Rotating

Wednesday

Deakin:

Mixed 6pm
Mixed Rotating
Womens Open Rotating   (Elite Competition, no restrition on Super League players)
Men's Open Rotating  (Elite Competition, no restrition on Super League players)
Mens Rotating
