Nominations are officially open for Cadbury Volunteer of the Month. This initiative will run from July to September and encourages nominations to recognise and reward all the champion volunteers out there at your Centre.  Whether it is a coach, manager, umpire or anyone else that helps out – we want to thank them and shine a light on their stories.

Please find attached the process for this initiative. In brief, nominations can be made via the form on the NNZ Volunteering website page: http://www.netballnz.co.nz/get-involved/volunteering. Once all nominations are in for the month they will be shared with Centres for you to draw a monthly winner from your Centre. Centres advise NNZ of their winner by the 5^th of the following month. A story featuring one of the Centre winners will then be shared via the NNZ communication channels. Cadbury goodie packs will be sent to the Centre winners.

To help you get the word out at your Centre about this initiative we'll be sending out packs of posters that let people know how they can nominate. It would be great if you could put them up in prominent places around your Centre. The posters should arrive with you during the week of 22^nd July, so please get in touch if you haven’t received yours by the end of that week.

We'll also be posting about Cadbury Volunteer of the Month on NNZ social media channels on Saturday 13^th July, if you could please share the post via your own social channels too that would be awesome.

We had a couple of nominations though in June, during the Cadbury Netball Series, so look out for the first feature story coming soon to officially kickstart Cadbury Volunteer of the Month.
