WABL Testing Day
This Sunday 15 April our WABL players are invited to attend our first Testing Day. Athletes will be put through a range of sessions before our Brand Launch/Family Day, including:
- Sports Science Testing from Velocity Performance
- Strength & Conditioning Training
- Team Building Skills
- Running Technique from Doubleview Podiatry
- RockTape strapping sessions (including FREE RockTape Drink Bottle)
- Classroom Activities
Sports Science results will be tested, recorded and monitored during the year to provide a range of information for our Development Programs and WABL Teams to help shape training during the season. This will allow our teams to focus less on skill development and S&C in team training sessions and focus on game preparation during WABL.
