Perth Basketball Association Planning for 2012 and Beyond Dear Club Members As we reflect on the 2011 season and look forward to 2012, the Board and club administrators are critically evaluating all aspects of club performance and are planning for 2012 and beyond. We have many exciting changes planned and would like you to be a part of this process to guide us and refine our thinking.
The Perth Basketball Association is unique. For the last 46 years, the club has grown and competes under difficult circumstance, year after year, without the stability of a home stadium. We are faced with many operational challenges that our competitor clubs do not deal with.
For the club to successfully compete within a framework of financial stability, we need to be well organised, structured and efficient. Our systems and decision making processes need to be clear and easy for our club members to work within.
As a valued stakeholder of the Perth Redbacks, your views and insights will make a difference. Please take time to fill out the attached survey to help us improve things and to chart a way forward. We view 2012 as a new challenge and see tremendous potential in the club’s future.
