Quiz Night A Success

The Perth Basketball Association would like to thank all the people who attended our 2006 Quiz Night. Many people braved the football to still turn up at the Aqualife Centre in Victoria Park to have a great night out. The night was set with the football projected onto the big screen before the quiz night started. Many lost interest as an outstanding Eagles outfit demorolised the Bulldogs side. Then at 7:30pm quiz master Andrew Lewis got the ball rolling.
It was a very interesting and no doubt educational night for all, as our SBL Mens, (+1 lady), table took out the championship by a couple of points. Everyone went home with a prize, be it a shirt, hat, watter bottle, alcohol or the outstanding Drug Free pack for the last placed table consisting of our SBL Womens team and referee Scott Macmillan.
We would like to thank all those companies that donated outstanding prizes for our quiz night and for the silent auction.Thanks must also go to all the great volunteers on the night. We would also like to thank the great group of people who turned up to support our club and raise much needed funds. And of course thanks must go to the Fundraising Director, Vicky Bors and her outstanding committee.
We look forward to seeing you all at the next fundraising adventure the club runs.
