The Club listed in step 1 is not who I want to register with?
Answer - The system will automatically bring up the last "club" you registered with. Simply delete the club in step 1 and type in the name of the new club then choose from the selection.
I cannot find a package for my club?
Answer - Check that you have the correct club in step 1. If this is correct then you may need to contact the Club.
I forgot to answer a question, do I start again?
Answer - No, you can check this by going to your account in MyFootballClub and on the first page you will see a summary of your history and current registration. From here you are able to edit your response.

I want to deregister how do I start the process?
Answer - You go into your account and from the first page you will see a summary of your registration history. Next to the current club there is an option to deregister. Click the button and follow the directions.
How does dereigstration work?
Answer - If you initiate deregistration online from your account, the Club will be sent an email the following day. The Club has up to 7 days to approve the request. When the Club has approved the request or 7 days have occurred then an email is sent to FSC the following day and FSC will finialise the request.
If the Club initiates the deregistration online then you will be sent an email to approve the request. When you agree to the request of 7 days have occurred, FSC will be sent an email the following day and will finialise the request.
If I give my permission to the Club verbally to deregister do I need to anything else?
Answer - Yes, you will need to go into your account and process the deregistration request or wait 7 days from when the Club starts the process.
Do I get a refund if I deregister?
Answer - Each Club should have a refund policy and you will need to contact them directly.
