7 October: U12 TI Camps
Congratulations to all selected to attend the Basketball SA TI Camp held this school holidays. The Lions had 6 boys and 2 girls attend.
TI Camps are invitational camps for Div 1 district players. They are typically the first step in the talent identification for basketball pathways. For players like Dan Carlin, Tom Giles, Angus Fischer, Demi Skinner, Georgia Thompson, Opal Mader and many more Lions, climbing the basketball pathway TI camps, along with their performance in District games, have been integral to their being identified for High Performance programs.
Congratulations to the players that were selected including:
Jackson Hately, Henry Bennison, Ethan Hood, Lachlan Arnold, Malachai Ahmatt, Thomas Winter
Jane Langstreth, Erin Schrapel
A special congratulations to Jackson Hately! Jackson was selected to the All*5 at the camp. This is a great achievement for Jackson and we know that he will produce many more achievements in the coming years.
