WA Ready to Dominate at Lacrosse National Championship

The Western Australian Under 18 boys and girls Teams depart Perth this week to compete at the Australian Lacrosse Association’s U18 National Championships that will be held from  18th  - 21st April in regional  Victoria.

Both the under 18 Girls and under 18 Boys travel to Bendigo, over the Easter break in an attempt to break the stranglehold that Victoria has held over the competition in the last few years. The U18 boys have missed out, by the narrowest of margins, in their last two outings and are looking to bring the Championship title back to WA this year. The girls placed second last year and are determined to go one better this year.

Many of these young players are currently in the squad of the Australian U19 Teams vying for selection to compete at their respective U19 World Championships over the next two years.

Best of luck to both of our Teams - we look forward to you returning with the Silverwear
