Woodville and North take out Blitz
Woodville's women and North's men took out the 2008 Blitz, held at Starplex last weekend.
In the women's competition, the two Woodville teams played off in the Grand Final. A next and neck tussle saw Woodville 1 defeat Woodville 2 by the narrowest of margins.
In the men's competition, North Adelaide made it a repeat premiership by defeating Forestville 65 to 54 . The 2 X 15 minute halves seemed to make for a fast paced entertaining game that was appreciated by the small but enthusiastic crowd.
