2010 Schedule Released

Basketball SA is pleased to announce the release of the schedule for the 2010 Central Australian Basketball League.

The 2010 season starts on the weekend of March 13/14. Round 1 features home games for the Southern Tigers showcasing the new courts, reception, bar and canteen at Morphett Vale. Woodville also hosts round 1 games at their new headquarters at St. Clair.

The popular "rivalry round" concept continues in 2010 with local derbies scheduled on April 17 and July 3 between North and Norwood, Sturt and Forestville, Eastern and Centrals, West and Woodville, and South and Southern. In addition, Forestville and Centrals will again feature in an ANZAC clash at Wayville.

The schedule features two “double header” weekends, in which games are played on both Saturday and Sunday. This allows the season to finish two weeks earlier than 2009, reducing the likelihood of clashes with NBL/WNBL pre-season commitments.

The full schedule is available via the Fixture/Results/Ladders menu.
