Mackay City have booked their sixth straight Grand-Final appearance with an impressive 56-point win over North Mackay in the Allied Pickford's Cup Preliminary Final.
Their 6-goal second term set up the Hawks victory set up by Desmond Hayes and Nabako Stow.
However, the Hawks didn't have it all their own way with the Saints firing up in the third and fourth quarters, in particular during the third where North Mackay kicked 6 goals to 3 to get back into the match.

Mackay City now book an epic Grand-final show down with the Eastern Swans.
Mackay City will start as underdogs with the Swans dominating the Hawks all season along with every otherb side in the Allied Pickford's Cup competition.
