NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is herby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Basketball Auckland Incorporated will be held on
Thursday 28th August
6.30pm.
Sport Auckland House, Level 3, Presidents Lounge, Alexandra Park, Epsom.
The business of the AGM shall be:
- To receive the annual report and financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2008;
- To receive the auditors report on the financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2008;
- To appoint an auditor for the ensuring financial year; and
- Any general business;
- Set membership fees for the next financial year.
General Business
The matters to be included in the general business for the AGM will include:
· Discussion of financial Budget for the ensuing financial year;
· To deal with any other business which can be properly considered at the AGM.
