NCBA is offering a chance to play some 3X3 in the sun to close out 2019. Grab your mates and enter a team. 

3x3 is an exciting, fast-paced type of basketball taking the world by storm, and is now an olympic sport! Our own Helen Mathews competed at the 3X3 u18 Asia Cup this year. 

The competition runs over 3 weeks and covers the following 2 grades

u14 Grade is for players who are 11, 12, 13 - Games are from 5pm - 6:30pm. 
u17 Grade is for players who are 14, 15, 16 - Games are from 6:30pm - 8pm

Venue: Kaiapoi High Outside Courts 

Dates: November 28th, December 5th, and December 12th 

Games are 10 minutes and each team will play 4 games a night. There are 3 round robin weeks, so teams will play 12 games total. 

The cost is $60 per team for the 3 weeks, which works out to be $15 per player.

You need to register your team and players via this platform. We are adopting this to help align with Basketball New Zealand and FIBA 3X3 pathway.

Registrations close Wednesday 27th November. We will need a minimum of 8 teams in each grade to run the comp, with a max of 10 teams in each grade.
