Hi and Welcome to BWC's new website: Updated: 24th March 2009

All Sportingpulse websites have been changed and now have new features which will improve sport organisations

websites. With these new features we have made the following changes to improve the quality and appearance

of our website so that it is still the best Basketball website in New Zealand:

• The left hand navigation bar - Is now the top navigation bar.
  
• We have added in a list of the latest news items from BBNZ, FIBA and our website in the right hand navigation bar.
  
• We have added in ladders of our current competitions in the right hand navigation bar. 
  
  
• This notice board is in the right hand navigation bar and will inform you
  with all the latest information & important news that you need to
  know. We will try and update it weekly.
  
• The photo gallery has a new appearance.  (Check it out by going to the top nav bar and
  clicking on "BWC Fan Club Zone" > "Photo Gallery").
  
• You can buy the latest BWC gear by filling out and sending in a Uniform
  registration form.  (You can download this form in the "BWC
  Merchandising/ Gear up!" section which can also be found in the top nav
  bar "BWC Fan Club Zone" link)
  
  

Season One 2009 News

• In the new Season One 2009 draw that we sent to managers there is a slight mistake made to the Year 5 & 6 Development draw.  The mistake is the 6:20pm time disappears in the draw from round 4 onwards. Please
  

  note that the 6:20pm should be there besides court 1.  So to clarify
  things there should be three year 5 & 6 Dev games at 5:40pm and two
  at 6:20pm on the courts that are allocated on the draw.  

  
  
  
  
• Please register your team members online via your sportzware membership account before the end of March so you can receive your team discount.  On April the 1st we will invoice you the total fee/s for your team/s.

Western Zone Secondary School 2009 News

• Registrations are now open for our WZSS competitions.  You can register your school
  team online by filling out our online registration from.  (Go to the
  right nav bar and move your mouse over "JOIN ONE OF OUR LEAGUES" and
  then click on "Western Zone registration form").
  
• Week 1 starts 6th and 7th of May (Look at our calendar in the photo gallery
  section to view all the weeks of the wzss competition)
  
  

Senior Mens and Womens League News

• Finals week starts on the 30th of March.  (The format will be 1 vs 2, 3 vs 4 and 5 vs 6.)  The finals draw will be done on Friday 27th of March. You can view the draw in the "league fixtures/results" section of our website (top nav bar)
  
  
• Please pay your fees asap.  If you do not pay your fees you can't play in term 2.
  
• Senior Mens and Womens league for Term 2 starts April 20th.  We will email all managers in term 1 with information on how to register.
