Corinne Barnard joins Wellington Badminton Centre as Development and Education Co-ordinator

Wellington Badminton are pleased to announce the appointment of Corinne Barnard to the staff at the Wellington Badminton Centre as Development and Education Co-ordinator (part-time). 

Corinne commenced her part-time role with the centre 4 weeks ago and is currently recruiting new coaches, organising a coaching weekend for March which will feature Nick Chambers from Badminton NZ to demonstrate the new coaches framework.

Corrine is also mentoring Cheyenne Harper our new young coach who is taking on a majority portion of the junior and schools responsibilities.

Friday evening Pickleball - 27th October.  

Thursday afternoon PickleBall club day has started.  Playing every Thursday 1.00pm to 2.30pm. $5.00 each session includes paddles and ball.

Wellington club (Thursday evenings) has closed for the season.  Returning March 2018.  

Te Arawa and Southern clubs have finished for the Season.  November is start of Summer season with a new sub payable by end of November otherwise $15.00 per night.  Te Arawa Club - Monday 7.00pm to 9.30pm and Southern Club - Wednesday 7.00pm to 10.00pm.  Further details available.
